There’s no denying that many celebrities regularly touch up pictures of themselves before posting them on social media.
But Kim Kardashian has been accused of tweaking a picture of daughter North to try and make the five-year-old appear slimmer.
Instagram fan site @fakegirlsfvckya called out the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star after she posted the seemingly altered snap of North on Instagram.
Fans were quick to point out that North’s young frame appeared to have been taken in to make her belly look smaller.
However, a source close to the star told Mail Online that Kim would never mess with pictures of her kids.
“Kim sometimes reposts images from her fan sites,” the insider explained.
“This was one of those times. The paparazzi photo was altered via the fan site.
“She would never photoshop North to alter her weight.”
Kim also shares son Saint, two, and 10-month-old daughter Chicago with husband Kanye West.
Earlier this year, Kim responded directly to claims she had tweaked a picture of herself at the March For Our Lives event.
She wrote on her blog: “I’m seeing online and on news media outlets that I suffered a ‘Photoshop fail.’ So ridiculous!
“I reposted a picture on Instagram that a fan had already posted—I only added a filter to it.”
Meanwhile, in a new clip from Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim is seen ‘threatening’ sister Khloé Kardashian’s cheating partner Tristan Thompson.
In the clip, Khloé is seen lying in her hospital bed with an oxygen mask over her mouth ahead of giving birth to daugther True, as Tristan and Kim awkwardly stand by each other.
Khloé asks: "Are you going to say ‘Hi’ to each other, or no?"
They oblige by giving each other an awkward hug, but the second Tristan’s back is turned, Kim makes a cutting motion across her throat, laughing as she threatens him.
Kim then says to the camera: "The vibe in the room is calm. I thought there would be way more tension.
"As much as I want to go off, I just don’t think it’s the time, so I’m just gonna keep it cute, I don’t have to have a lot of interaction, I just have to be there for her."
