‘This design is linked to the function of the hospital,’ local Nanning citizen Chaoyu Feng said in a video published on India Today.
‘Maybe it’s convenient for patients. When it’s raining outside then a patient can go to any department without carrying an umbrella.’
He added that the design of the hospital means it’s perfect for ‘saving space’.
