Members of the Armed Forces can now get free entry to Drayton Manor all year

Drayton Manor theme park is offering FREE entry all year to members of the British Armed Forces.

In celebration of Armed Forces Day, the Staffordshire-theme park is inviting members of military personnel (both veterans and serving personnel) to enjoy a free day out at its park – on any day of 2019.

To claim, guests will simply have to bring a form of military or veteran photo identification along with them when they visit the park, in order to enter free of charge.

But that's not the only deal on offer.

Defence Discount Service or Blue Light Card Holders who are not serving or ex-serving members can receive a discounted rate for up to 10 tickets, for them and their friends on Armed Forces Day (Saturday 29th June).

William Bryan, Managing Director at Drayton Manor Park, said: "We’re so proud to show our support for the service men and women who go above and beyond for our country.

"With Armed Forces Day this Saturday it’s the perfect opportunity to honour their hard work and bravery by inviting them into the park free of charge – to enjoy some quality time together with their families."

There's loads to see and do for families at the theme park, with over 100 rides and attractions to choose from, ranging from gentle attractions to thrilling rollercoasters. (There's something for all ages!).

It's also home to the only Thomas Land where you can hang out with Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends.

Think family-friendly attractions such Spencer’s Outdoor Adventure Play or the Sodor Classic Cars trail, to miniature rides such as Blue Mountain Engines and Troublesome Trucks.

Then there is also the resort's 15-acre zoo where guests can meet over 100 animals ranging from flamingos and monkeys to snakes, and learn all about the fascinating creatures.
