Back in June, it was reported that Anna Richardson and Sue Perkins had split up after seven years together. The pair have yet to address or confirm their split publicly, however the Naked Attraction star did reveal she is enjoying her own space.

The 51-year-old moved into her pad several months ago in what she called a “chaotic” move after lockdown.

Discussing life during the difficult period, she said lockdown was a mixed bag” for her.

Anna explained: “The first lockdown at the beginning in 2020… I was quite jolly about the whole thing.

“For me I was like, oh, you know, this isn’t so bad it’s like being at boarding school.

“You’re allowed outside for an hour’s exercise, the rest of the time you’re locked up, with your family or mates which isn’t so bad.”

The Naked Attraction host went on to say she eventually struggled with the lack of freedom when two further lockdowns were put in place.

“I’m a sociable human being, so I found that very very difficult.”

Following the move into her new pad, she went on to say she understood what it was like having to decorate a new pad much like the programme.

She added to “It was a few months ago that I moved out into my own space and I think a lot of people found lockdown very difficult.

“I know a lot of couples have, marriages have and a lot of families have, I think I’m just like lots of other people really, that they ultimately just needed their own space.”

At the time of her split from Sue, reports claimed they decided to part ways following a disagreement over when to have children.

On her future plans, she said this was still a plan of hers.

“I’m still pursuing that, I am very much in touch with Adoption UK because I did a podcast for them last year,” she revealed.

“I’m very keen to press ahead with creating a family, yes.”

Anna has launched a new initiative from estate agent Purplebricks, which will see high-speed 25 second preview tours of new homes on TikTok.

The campaign has been created following the fastest property sales market in a decade and new research released this week, which reveals British homebuyers take an average of 25 seconds to decide whether a house is right for them during a property viewing.

Over a third of homebuyers also said they would be swayed by a property if it was “social media ready”.
