In 2016, the couple purchased a five-bedroom condo at Robert A.m. Stern’s Tribeca condo, 70 Vestry, paying somewhere around $20million before reportedly deciding to upgrade to a more expensive unit within the building in April 2017.

The pair – who share Vivian, five, and Benjamin, eight – have been married since 2009 with a ceremony in Santa Monica, CA.

That same year, Tom released a healthcare book – TB12 Nutrition Manual – that outlines his secrets to staying young and healthy, not to mention handsome.

In an interview with GQ , Tom explained why he is the perfect spokesperson for letting others in on his healthy lifestyle.

‘I was the kid that was the 199th pick that never had the body for it. People didn’t think I’d play one year in the NFL, and now I’m going on my 17th year.

‘So I actually feel like I’m a great case study, and I want to inspire athletes who do want to be their best to have a place to go where they can learn—to me—what the best information is available out there.’

Location, location, location: The flat is situated inside the highly coveted Flatiron District’s One Madison building

Breathtaking: The property is right in the heart of the Big Apple and you can see for miles around whilst inside due to its height

Interior design: The extensive parquet floors are set against a series of tall glass doors and intricate lighting systems
