“American Idol” season 2 finalist Josh Gracin and his wife Katie have announced the birth of their first child, a baby boy named Luka Roman Gracin, on January 13, in Nashville, Tennessee.
The couple announced the news through People magazine as well as via Instagram.
Gracin wrote on Instagram that he and Katie are “beyond blessed to welcome our baby boy into the world.” The couple posted photos of the baby’s face, as well as photos that features both parents.
Katie said the child weighed 7 lbs., 15 oz., and that “we are so in love with this little angel.”
“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome our son Luka Roman into the world,” Gracin told People. “My amazing wife endured so much to make sure our little boy arrived healthy and happy! We are beyond blessed.”
The “Nothin’ to Lose” singer is already a father to four children, Isabella Sophia (11), Gabriella Ann (13), Briana Marie (17) and Landon Joshua (14), from a previous relationship
Gracin and Katie, who tied the knot in May 2017, revealed the pregnancy to People in July 2019.
“Katie and I are beyond excited for baby Luka to arrive early 2020!” Gracin shared at the time. “We’ve been praying for a baby since we decided on a name last year for a boy and a girl.”
Gracin said, “Luka represents my father’s Croatian heritage and Italian blood.”
