Kanye West is continuing his presidential bid in the most Kanye way possible – by Photoshopping his face to Mount Rushmore.
Faces of four US presidents – George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt – were carved onto the side of the mountain, in South Dakota, to honour their role in American history.
And the Gold Digger rapper – who declared his political run earlier this month – is already envisioning his time in the White House being a success, as he added himself alongside them.
Taking to Twitter, he shared an edited snap of his face carved out on the mountain, giving the landmark a bit of a makeover.
The 43-year-old simply captioned the post: ’2020.’
It had been reported that Kim Kardashian’s husband had ended his dream of being US President after only scoring 2% in a poll and missing some ballot deadlines.
However, he filed a second set of paperwork to continue his battle for the top seat.
According to TMZ, he filed a Statement of Candidacy which shows he has raised or spent over $5,000 (£3,965) on campaign expenses and elevates him to candidacy status under federal campaign law.
The dad-of-four and his BDY party (aka Birthday Party) already filed his first set of documents with the Federal Election Committee earlier in the week – declaring that the Kanye 2020 committee will serve as ‘Principal Campaign Committee’ and that Kanye is its candidate.
Yeezy reportedly given his address as Cody, Wyoming, where he and Kim share a ranch as their second home.
While a string of famous faces have come out to blast his plans, one person who is more than on board with Kanye for President is Caitlyn Jenner.
In fact, the I’m A Celebrity star wants to be named as his Vice President.
TMZ states she was asked if she would vote for him in the upcoming election – and she went one step further.
She replied: ’I texted him and said “can I be your [Vice President]?”’
