Kelvin Fletcher discusses his role on Death in Paradise

Kelvin Fletcher is best known for his role as Andy Sugden in the long-running ITV soap Emmerdale. Since leaving his role, he went on to win the Glitterball trophy alongside his dance partner Oti Mabuse in 2019. He has since joined the cast of Death In Paradise season 10, with the show’s Twitter account sharing a candid snap of the star enjoying the sun topless.

They uploaded the cheeky image of the former Emmerdale star ahead of the show tonight.

While sharing a topless picture of Kelvin, they wrote: “So – now we’ve got your attention, we thought we’d remind you that #DeathInParadise is on tonight! @BBCOne, 9pm. Join us! The water’s lovely!”

Fans of the series were quick to comment on the actor’s good looks, with one fan tweeting: “I wasn’t going to watch but now I just might  #eyecandy.”

Another said: “I’ll definitely be tuning in at 9pm tonight.”

However, Kelvin also responded, saying: “I just spat my tea out. I actually swore too but I won’t say what I said.”

He later quoted the tweet as he admitted it was actually taken during “downtime” and would not feature within the upcoming episode.

He said: “Don’t worry guys this won’t be on screen:

“I was fully clothed! This was just one of the many ‘downtime’ moments we had.”
