Khloe Kardashian is one strong mama! In her first Snapchat video since giving birth to her daughter, True, back in April, the 33-year-old reality star got real about motherhood, the struggle of getting back in shape and how she’s feeling mentally since the birth of her baby and the cheating scandal.
In the Snap, she shared, “Today is the first day I’ve been allowed to work out with my trainer and I’m super excited. I had my first workout, I’m exhausted, but it feels so good to finally sweat again and feel like that I’m evolving and doing something progressive for my body, and my mind.”
Until now, we didn’t know how Khloe was doing since the news surfaced that her baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, cheated with multiple women throughout her pregnancy. But even after Us Weekly confirmed that she and Tristan are “fully back together,” she’s insisting that she’s doing well mentally.
Khloe also admitted in the Snap, “It is a struggle getting back into the groove of working out… Mentally, I’m strong, but physically it’s just not the same.” Hmm… interesting.
Khloe’s mental state wasn’t the only thing she dished about, though! She also mentioned her brand-new bundle of joy True, saying, “It’s also a struggle to trying to fit in working out between feedings, no two days are the same, you know. True is so great, but still, I can’t predict if she’s gonna sleep for the full two hours or if she’s hungry.”
Luckily, this won’t be the last update we’ll be getting from Khloe. She closed out her Snaps by reassuring us that she’ll be documenting the process of getting her body and mind as strong as possible, explaining, “I want my mind, body, soul, it all to be lined up and in zen.” We feel that, ESPECIALLY after everything she’s been through over the last few months.
