This is not the first time the ‘KUWTK’ star’s parenting skills are questioned after the 6-year-old girl is seen wearing outfits that many deemed are not age-appropriate.
AceShowbiz -The entire Kardashian-Jenner family had some fun while celebrating Kris Jenner‘s mother Mary Jo (MJ) Campbell’s 85th birthday. Following the bash, it’s only natural that the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” stars took to social media to share some photos from the party. It was a happy moment, but some people still found a way to mom-shame Kim Kardashian over daughter North West’s fashion choice for the party.
For the outing, the 6-year-old little girl stood out for wearing what looked like a nose ring on her nose. This sparked criticisms from Internet users who come to flood Kris’ Instagram comment section under the post featuring several celebratory pics of the bash. “What’s up with North?” one follower asked, while another wondered, “Why on earth does North have a nose ring.”
One other felt like North dressed way too ahead of her own age. “why df kim let north have a faux nose ring she too damn grown.”
Following the backlash, Kim quickly set the records straight on her own account. “Fake nose ring alert!!!” she captioned the same photo, which featured the daughter and mother duo posing with duck face pouts, to her Stories in attempt to clear up the assumptions.
This is not the first time Kim’s parenting skills were questioned after North was seen wearing outfits that many deemed were not age-appropriate. The “Selfish” author previously came under fire for putting black lipstick on the toddler when they attended church. Back in December 2018, the KKW Beauty founder was also dragged for similar reason when North sported lipstick to a Christmas party.
Kim revealed in a 2018 interview that her daughter had always been interested in makeup. “I already know North is into makeup for sure,” the wife of Kanye West said at the time. “She had friends over this weekend and some of her girlfriends came and they were just all in her room, giving themselves makeovers. I was like, ‘OK, she’s really, really into makeup.’ When companies send makeup and I have a lot, I’ll give it to her.”
