Movie star Liev Schreiber must appear Tuesday in a Rockland County court to answer charges of harassing a photographer.
The 50-year-old, who plays the title role on the Showtime crime drama “Ray Donovan,’’ did not make physical contact with the photographer, according to his lawyer, Jonathan Ripps.
Schreiber only pushed his camera away after a flash went off in his face in June, Ripps told the Journal News.
“The allegation does not rise to the level of any law being broken,’’ said Ripps, adding he’ll seek to get the charge dismissed.
If he can’t, his client will plead not guilty to second degree harrassment, a violation.
