Marnie Simpson has confirmed she's pregnant with her first child despite fears that it would never happen.
The former Geordie Shore star has opened up about her fears that 'abusing' alcohol as much as she did would have left her infertile.
The reality babe's fans had begun to expect that she was having a baby.
And now, she's confirmed the news that she's expecting with boyfriend Casey Johnson.
Marnie, 27, is four months down the line, with her baby due on October 16.
But she's admitted she thought it was something that might never happen.
She told OK! magazine: "Because I’d done Geordie Shore I’d convinced myself that I couldn’t have kids because of all the alcohol abuse."
She also admitted to having an abortion when she was 19.
She said: "When I look back I definitely feel I made the right decision. I don’t regret it. I was so young, I didn’t have a job, a driving licence, or any money."
Casey, who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2014 as a part of boy bad Stereo Kicks, is ecstatic about becoming a dad.
The 23-year-old said: "I don’t think you’re ever ready until it happens, but we’re so excited. It feels amazing."
Marnie said she's nervous about the birth and struggles to even talk about it because she's so scared.
But she joked that she'll make sure she looks good on the day.
"I’ll make sure I’ve got some lip gloss and eyeliner. I don’t want to be a mess," she said.
Marnie and Casey got together two and a half years ago after meeting on MTV dating show Single AF.
But they admitted to Mirror Online that they already kind of knew each other.
They really met when Marnie saw an article about Casey and followed him on Twitter .
He'd been fired from boyband Union J and dumped by his girlfriend in the same week, and Marnie joked that she was interested in him because he was "vulnerable".
He told us: "First time I proper saw her was when she followed me on Twitter and I looked at her profile and thought, 'She's hot', and I couldn't believe it, she followed me randomly and then it turned out we were both on Single AF but we didn't know anything about it."
Marnie added: "I'd been split up from Lewis [Bloor], and you know when you're just having a look and having a bit of a browse, there was an article that popped up with his face on."
"I was sacked from Union J and split from my girlfriend in the same week," he jumped in. "I was absolutely slaughtered by the press."
Marnie laughed: "It said he'd split from his girlfriend and I thought, 'Ooo he's vulnerable'.
"But it's the best thing I've ever done."
"I messaged her straight away," Casey said. "Slid into her DMs."
