Neil Jones shows off his dance moves for Compete App
Strictly Come Dancing pro Neil Jones has spoken out about his experience in the first national lockdown last year and how he put weight while not working. This time round the professional dancer plans to work out to keep the pounds off.
Earlier today, the single 38-year-old took to Instagram to share a half-naked snap, as he spoke about how he is tackling lockdown number three.
He told his 233,000 followers that he was “staying active” and trying to eat healthily after dining on lots of takeaways in early 2020.
The dancer, who had work cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic last year, said he had put on weight but was now back on track after starring in the most recent series of Strictly.
Although he did not have a celebrity partner on the show, Neil was involved in the group dances for the popular BBC programme.
