‘Rude’ Gemma Collins reacts badly as she learns interviewer hasn’t read her book

Gemma Collins has found herself going viral yet again today – but this time it’s not for falling through a trap door or becoming one of her infamous ‘me-mays’.

Instead, her interview with a magazine has got people buzzing on Twitter… because she comes across as so rude.

When she sat down with Now mag to discuss her new book, The GC: How To Be A Diva, Gemma, 37, seemed short and bad-tempered when she realised the reporter she was speaking to hadn’t been sent a copy.

"OK, so you’re doing this interview without having done any research or read the book or anything?" she demanded to know.

When Gem’s own press team reminded her that only a small number of copies had been sent out, she seemed to calm down – then got irate again a few minutes later when asked what the book was about.

"Well, if you read it you would know, so… I think I’ll wait until you get a copy and then you’ll be able to embrace the book," she shot back.

"It’s hard to do an interview if you haven’t done any research on the book or been sent it… maybe we’ll do this another time."

When the magazine tried to persist with their questions, the reality star fully embraced her diva label and refused to answer anything that wasn’t specifically about the book – then quickly terminated the interview.

She seemed in a better mood when she spoke to Star magazine , but seemed to dodge any questions about her relationship with James ‘Arg’ Argent.

The on/off couple have been living together since October 2017, but while Gemma has spoken frequently about wanting to settle down and have babies, she seemed to deflect that line of questioning.

"Erm, I would say that [I’m happiest at the moment]. I’m having fun. We’re all good. We’re both busy but when we see each other we have a good time and lots of fun," she said non-committedly.

When asked where she saw her relationship going, Gemma again dodged the question.

"Do you know what? I’m going to leave it to the universe. Whatever the universe decides for me is what is going to happen in my life… I’m not going to lose any sleep over it."

She seemed to hint at relationship issues when she said that women earning more than men "can cause problems", but quickly claimed "Arg is alright for money – he bought me £1,000 worth of shoes the other day so don’t worry about that".

It comes after Gemma claimed she made a sex tape with an unnamed partner and would be willing to release it in public for a cool £1million.

She revealed this week that she filmed her sexcapades on an iPhone so she could watch herself having sex again and again.

"I have actually made a sex tape and it’s very good, if I do say so myself," Gemma told the Sun .

"I do feel my sex tape would knock Kim K off her pedestal. But I’d need a million for it."
