‘Teen Mom’ Star Ryan Edwards Caught Getting Back to Alcohol Weeks After Rehab

Ryan Edwards has just returned from rehab at the end of last month. However, it seems like the “Teen Mom” star can’t resist the temptation that he just gives in.

The 30-year-old baby was spotted enjoying a dinner date with wife Mackenzie Standifer on Monday, December 10 at Edley’s Bar-B-Que restaurant in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Joined by their newborn son Jagger Ryan, the couple appeared to have one of the best family dinners until a bottle of beer was seen on the table.

“He was drinking a Bud Light,” said an onlooker to Radar Online. “He totally had a beer, but I can’t confirm if he had more than one.”

Besides the indication that Ryan is drinking again despite the recent rehab, the night out suggests that the couple is doing fine amid divorce rumors. The insider claimed that Makenzie and Ryan “seemed really happy” during the dinner.

Mackenzie later confirmed the outing on social media, writing, “[This] is the reason I don’t want him out in public.” The reality TV star, however, didn’t say much about whether Ryan is drinking again following the rehab.

At the end of the summer, Ryan entered into a 90-day treatment program making him miss the birth of his second child. Through out the MTV series, Ryan has been struggling with drugs. However, producers of “Teen Mom OG” opted to leave his story off of the show for its current season 8. Mackenzie accused Edward’s ex-girlfriend Maci Bookout as the reason of the boycot, claiming that she refused to film if he and Standifer didn’t exit the show.

“The network told us they don’t want to show Ryan as a recovering addict,” Mackenzie shared previously. “But they did want to enter a contract with our unborn baby and have the baby film with Ryan’s parents so it would look like someone else is raising it.”

“They also want to take Maci’s word on how I’m doing,” Edwards added. “Maci’s said she’s not going to film unless I enter rehab again and quit the show,” he continued, insisting that he was “sober.”
