Tekashi 6ix9ine faces up to three years in prison

Rainbow-haired rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine could end up in prison for up to three years — as prosecutors say he violated a sweetheart plea deal he took in 2015 by getting re-arrested twice.

Tekashi, aka Daniel Hernandez, showed up Thursday in Manhattan Supreme Court with four bodyguards and was supposed to be sentenced to three years’ probation for posting a video of him and a pal molesting a 13-year-old girl.

He pleaded guilty in exchange for the no-jail sentence but agreed not to get re-arrested.

Prosecutor Sara Weiss asked Justice Felician Mennin to yank the deal after he was busted in Texas last January for choking a teen fan and landed in cuffs again in May for assaulting a cop in Brooklyn.

“It’s the people’s position he should be sentenced one to three years,” she told the judge.

Defense lawyers Ian Niles and Lance Lazzaro asked for more time to respond to the prosecutor’s allegations. The judge ordered that Tekashi return Oct. 2 to learn his fate.

The face-tattooed rapper, wearing a navy and neon yellow tracksuit, declined to comment as he left the courthouse with his hired muscle, who repeatedly shoved a photographer.

The “Gummo” rhymer beefed up his security last month after a night out at a Queens strip club ended with his getting pistol-whipped, kidnapped and robbed.
