A woman says she was repeatedly raped by a friend of Chris Brown’s — and forced to perform a sex act on another woman — during a drug-fueled party at the rapper’s Los Angeles house.
The allegations are laid out in a lawsuit filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court against Brown and his pal Lowell Grissom Jr.
“This is one of the most horrific sexual assault cases that I have ever seen,” her lawyer Gloria Allred told reporters.
The woman, who is only identified as Jane Doe, claims she and her then-roommate were invited to an after party at a music studio on Feb. 23, 2017 by Grissom after attending a concert at hotspot 1Oak.
At the studio, Lowell snatched the victim’s cellphone away and refused to return it, telling her the “Run It!” rapper “did not want anyone to have their phones in the studio,” the suit says.
The victim followed the crew to a party at Brown’s home, convinced that that was the only way she’d get her phone back.
The 29-year-old Grammy winner allegedly plied his house guests with booze and drugs — including cocaine, Molly and marijuana — and gave “each female guest, including plaintiff, a clear pill filled with white powder,” the suit says.
Brown, who was also allegedly waving a gun around that night, told the women to take the pill to have a “good time,” but the victim refused.
Then, the night took a harrowing turn, she claims.
The victim says Grissom lured her to an upstairs bedroom by telling her she could use her phone. But also in the room was the victim’s roommate, along with Brown and another woman, Doe X, who tried to convince the victim and her roomie to take off their clothes and “hook up with Brown and Grissom,” the suit says.
After other women came in the room, “Brown ordered Grissom to push a couch in front of the bedroom door to prevent anyone from exiting the otherwise sealed room,” the complaint says.
The other women stripped off their clothes and began to “engage in sexual activity with Grissom and Brown” while porn played on a giant TV in the background.
The victim said she wanted to leave but was forced to perform oral sex on Doe X, who was menstruating at the time, leaving her covered in blood that she showered off, the suit claims.
Grissom allegedly attacked the victim while she was in the bathroom — and forced her onto a bed where he raped her.
He raped her a second time in a laundry room — after again promising to return her phone, which he eventually did, the suit says.
The victim bolted from Brown’s home after using a rideshare company to request a cab.
Allred said her client has cooperated with a criminal investigation but that no charges have been filed.
Police were in fact called to Brown’s home that night, according to the suit. The victim’s mom became concerned after not hearing from her daughter and tracked her cell phone to Brown’s house. The mom then called the police to find her daughter but they took off after Brown denied them access to the property, the suit says.
A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles Police Department declined to answer questions about the allegations, only saying, “At this time, there are no open investigations against Chris Brown.”
Allred said her client chose to file the lawsuit as a way to warn other women.
“She does not want any young woman to endure violent sexual assault she was forced to endure in an environment of guns and drugs,” Allred said.
The woman is seeking unspecified damages.
Lowell couldn’t be reached.
An attorney for Brown didn’t immediately return a message.
