A WOMAN has revealed that she wanted to change her plain black bathroom flooring, but didn’t want to splash too much cash in the process, so decided to try and do it herself.
Sally Gardner explained that she spotted some stick-on tiles from Home Bargains and got to work giving her bathroom a makeover.
Sally proudly took to Facebook to show off her new bathroom flooring, leaving many open-mouthed.
In the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, which has 2.2million members, Sally shared a picture of her epic transformation.
She said: "Stick on tiles from Home Bargains.
“£2.49 for a pack of 5.”

Sally later confirmed that she used eight packs to transform her bathroom from the original plain black flooring.
In total it cost this DIY fan just £19.92 – which is far cheaper than getting actual tiles and a professional in to do the job.
Sally explained that she used a spray glue when applying the black geometric tiles to ensure that they stuck done properly.
And when it came to applying the tiles around the toilet, she noted that “the tiles are quite flexible”, so she was able to use scissors to cut around the loo.

Her plain white bathroom was instantly given a modern upgrade with the cheap self-adhesive tiles.

Sally shared her post on Facebook just 18 hours ago, but it has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed a whopping 5.3k likes and 860 comments.
Social media users were left totally stunned at the clever DIY job, which many took to the comments to express.
