A WOMAN has revealed that she went abroad to get her hair done and was left very impressed with the finished look.
The beauty fan explained that she jetted to Turkey and got her hair braided – for only £30.
Vanessa, who posts on TikTok under the username @vainbih, recently took to the video sharing platform to document her trip to the hairdresser in Istanbul.
In the 20-second video, we saw the beauty fan in a taxi, as she made her way to her hair appointment.
She said: “Getting my hair braided in Turkey for £30.”
But Vanessa didn’t head to a Turkish salon, instead she went to the home of a hairdresser that she had seen on social media.

Once she had arrived at the hairdressers’ home for her appointment, Vanessa held up a handful of hair, ready to get her braids done.
Seconds later, Vanessa proudly showed off the finished look, as she appeared visibly impressed with her new locks.
While the cost of getting braids done varies massively in the UK, depending on the type of braid, the length of hair and the location, the average cost of hair braiding varies between £70 and £160.
So it’s no surprise that Vanessa was chuffed with her £30 hair appointment.

Vanessa then noted: “Might have to start flying out every time I want to get my hair done.”
Vanessa’s clip has clearly impressed many, as it has quickly amassed 34,000 views.

Social media users loved Vanessa’s new locks and were eager to reflect this in the comments.
