There is no better time than now to add a little bit of TLC to your garden now that the weather is picking up.

But fear not, it doesn’t mean you have to spend a lot of moneyon it either. 

One DIY fan has just the trick and it will completely transform your garden.

The woman, who goes by the name of typeswife on TikTok, has revealed a hack which is going to “make your life easier.” 

She revealed in a video on her social media site that a little tweak to your garden fence can change the whole dynamic of your garden. 

The DIY fan said: “If your fence is looking old and dingy, you don't have to replace it.”

She claims that using an outdoor cleaner, which cleans algae, mould and mildew can work a treat for the garden fence. 

The product is a bleach, which costs £10 from stores including Ocado, but she warns to be careful as it may stain clothing. 

She adds: “It won't kill your grass and you can find this 30 second cleaner almost anywhere.”

In the video she also demonstrates how to do it.
