AS any parent will know, getting kids ready in the morning can be a stressful experience.
But mum-of-two Kati Wadsworth, who also happens to be an organisational expert, has revealed what she does at nighttime to make her mornings easier – and to save time.
In a video shared on her TikTok page, Kati showed herself preparing her sons' "breakfast drinks" – orange juice and chocolate milk – and putting the glasses in the fridge ready for the morning.
She then filled up her sons' water bottles for school and popped them in their school bags.
And finally, she put a spray bottle of water and a comb on the side so that she could tame her kids' hair before they went off to school.
"Night time routine to make mornings easier," she captioned the video, which has been watched over 75,000 times since she posted it.
She was quickly praised by many people who have adopted similar routines for their mornings.
"Yup I get my kids lunches at night when I can and get my coffee cup set up," one person wrote.
