There is a brilliant “Three-week yoga retreat” programme at beachbodyondemand.com, aimed at beginners before joining a class.

I loved this – a brilliant way to get the basics. It costs £39 for a month but you can get a free 14-day trial.

Cancer Research UK’s Race For Life is a series of women-only events raising money for research into all 200 types of cancer.

There are 5k and 10k races, muddy obstacle course events, marathons and hikes.

They’re not competitive, so you can walk if you want to.
