Woman shares clever hack to tan your back without anyone to help – and all you need is a wooden spoon

THERE is no denying that trying to apply your fake tan evenly on your back is a struggle every self-tanning enthusiast faces, let alone in lockdown.

Yet, one fake tan fan has shared an incredibly simple trick to evenly tan your back without needing a helping hand – and all you need is a wooden spoon from your kitchen and a hair tie.

Model Raeann Langas explained on TikTok: "OK if you're a single female and you love to put on self-tanner stop scrolling.

"OK technically you don't need to be a woman or single, you just need to be alone and have no one there to help you.

Adding: "Because whenever I put on my self-tanner and I get to my back I'm like trying to get there but it ends up being a really, really bad job.

"I know there are things out there on Amazon and stuff you can order but I have discovered a quick hack that you can do without ordering anything.

"All you need to do is hop over to your kitchen, grab a wooden spoon, put your tanning mitt on your wooden spoon, attach it with a hair tie.

"And then you can get all of your back and have a bomb looking tan so that's a quick little hack for you".

After posting the tip last month, the American plus-size model has had her video viewed over 17,000 times and has had fellow fake tanners thanking her for the hack.

"Why hasn’t anyone thought of this?" another penned. "Omg life saver".

A fourth asked: "Why didn’t I see this when it was first posted!!!! My back is so patchy bc I couldn’t reach!!" (sic).
