Everything We Know About ‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ Season 11 (So Far)

After an unexpected and extended delay, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is baaack for season 11. There are some fresh faces joining, a few saying farewell, and plenty of new feuds, but will season 11 be worth the very long wait? Can the new season possibly top season 10’s dramatic antics?

If you believe all the piping hot tea Garcelle Beauvais just spilled and other murmurs emerging from the cast, the answer is a resounding yes. In the extra time since season 10 wrapped, a lot has gone down behind the scenes. You won’t see Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave or Denise Richards on season 11, but here’s everything to know about the next chapter of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills:

Lisa Rinna, Garcelle Beauvais, Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, and Erika Jayne are all back.

They began filming in October 2020 after production delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Erika Jayne is open about her divorce from Tom Girardi.

Erika’s divorce from her husband of 21 years has been making headlines since November 2020, and it’s definitely going to be a topic of conversation on season 11.

“Erika will address her divorce on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Legally, there is only so much she is allowed to say, but she has been advised on what she can put out there,” a source told Us Weekly December last year. “Viewers will also finally hear the other Housewives’ thoughts on Erika and Tom’s divorce.”

That’s not all. “She’s going to tell her story and she’s not going to hold back,” another source confirmed with the publication. “In the past when they filmed, Erika protected Tom at all costs, but this time around is going to be different.”

The other Housewives are already speaking out about Erika’s split. “I was blown away when I found out they were getting a divorce,” Garcelle shared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “She was gushing and glowing about him, so I was really surprised. You’re definitely going to see a lot of changes on this season. She was a lot more open than I thought she would be.”

“Rinna has been her biggest support among the cast,” the source told US Weekly.

Garcelle also says Sutton is the most inquisitive about Erika’s divorce. (TBD what answers she gets to all those questions… but bless her heart for asking them.)

Crystal Kung Minkoff joins the cast as a housewife.

She’s a newbie, but Crystal holds the biggest grudges, according to Garcelle. (Way to make an entrance, amiright?!)

Crystal is the first Asian-American cast member on RHOBH. Kyle is already setting expectations high for her. “I like her, you know, I’ve met her a couple of times now, and I think she’s going to be just great. She’s very outgoing and confident,” she shared on SiriusXM’s The Jenny McCarthy Show in October 2020. “And I think that she’s very smart, and she’s beautiful. I think that she’s going to be really good for the show.”

But the reality TV veteran noted that finding her footing among the other Housewives is easier said than done—especially in a pair of Louboutins. “You really have to be a strong, confident person. It’s really hard coming into this group. I don’t know. I mean, I could say I totally get it, but I don’t because when I came into the show 11 years ago, we were all starting together for the first time,” Kyle continued. “I can’t imagine what it feels like coming into this group of this show that’s successful all these years. It must be so strange, so you really have to have a lot of confidence and be very opinionated and outspoken and not afraid to speak up. So I think she fits all that.”

Kathy Hilton joins as a friend.

After denying many rumors, Kathy’s finally hopping on the Bravo bandwagon. Mom to Paris and Nicky Hilton, she’s also Kyle and Kim’s older sister.

She’s already friendly with fellow newbie Crystal, too.

Garcelle says Lisa Rinna is the biggest pot stirrer.

And they did not get along this season. “The Rinna that I knew before Housewives is what I can really speak to, you know,” Garcelle told ET. “She was fun, she was supportive, she was nice, she was kind, and I get it—we’re shooting a TV show, and I get that drama is a part of it—but I think she took it to a level that was not a good look.”

Also, keep an eye on Dorit Kemsley (as if you had a choice). Garcelle says on WWHL her fashion is above all the rest this season, but she was the most annoying. Meanwhile, Sutton wins the award for most self-absorbed and shedding the most tears.

Garcelle and Kyle make amends.

Kyle Richards earned Garcelle’s sloppiest drunk spoiler superlative on Watch What Happens Live. But, the big news in season 11 is Garcelle’s 180 about her. “We had a really good time this season once we went through our stuff,” she told Andy Cohen.

Unlike Denise, Teddi didn’t leave the show voluntarily.

And, she didn’t stay quiet about her unexpected end of contract. “I don’t want to bore you but I figured I got to give you a little update on what’s going on. I recently found out that my contract as a Housewife is not being renewed,” she shared on Instagram in September 2020, per US Weekly. “I could give you the standard response of ‘Oh, we both came to the decision that it would be best …’ Nah, I’m not gonna do that. That’s not who I am. … It feels like a breakup.”
