‘Losing weight doesn’t mean you have to miss out on your favourite foods,’ Jordan said in the video.

‘This is one of my favourite meals to make, it is super healthy and super yummy.’

Jordan begins by slicing a large potato into chips and seasoning with a sprinkle of garlic salt and sweet paprika – but any type of spice or salt can be used.

She cooked the chips in the air fryer for up to 20 minutes, chopped 50g of iceberg lettuce and diced 30g of brown onion.

To ensure the meal was no more than 420 calories, Jordan weighed each ingredient on her kitchen scale.

To replicate the classic Big Mac sauce, she combined 10mL of tomato sauce with 5mL of mustard.
