It's Holly Willoughby's last show for the week, and it's no ordinary show as Holly and Phil leave the This Morning studios to present today's episode in the forest.

Yep, leaving the comfort and warmth of the inside, the dynamic duo battle the outside on this drizzly morning instead – and as Holly always knows how to dress for the occasion, the star looks amazing.

Taking to Instagram to show off her new practical look, Holly ditched her usual pretty frocks in favour for classic skinny jeans, cosy knitwear, a quilted jacket, a cap and sensible boots – what a difference to yesterday where the star sported a pretty heart-print dress.

Back in one of her favourite brands, Holly opted for suitable Grenson biker boots as she and Phil brace the autumnal weather – with cosy cashmere socks and skinny jeans from Levi.

On top, Holly opted for a grey knitted jumper by Michaela Buerger, with a dark green Barbour jacket and cap hat, the usually glamorous star looks right at home in her new look.

As always, fans took to comment on Holly's post, and were quick to share their thoughts, with one saying: "Looking beautiful in the forest" and another posting: "Wow! What a great pic!"

Just yesterday Holly took to Instagram to share her birthday wishes for her youngest son, Chester, who turned 7. In a sweet post on the beach she wrote: "Happy birthday beautiful boy… We love you Chester"

Holly had previously wished him a happy birthday on This Morning, during their regular 'Spin to Win' slot where the hosts ring members of the public to win a cash prize, Holly took a second when the phone was ringing to give her son a shout out.

As she was dancing to the music she said: "Happy birthday Chester, it's his birthday today."

Phillip then asked if he was seven and Holly confirmed by saying: "Seven today."
