Inside Gogglebox star Marcus Luther’s life away from the show as a boxing trainer to his off-screen fighter son

Gogglebox star Marcus Luther is best known for his witty one-liners on the hit Channel 4 show alongside his girlfriend Mica Ven.

But the TV star leads a very busy life away from the sofa as a professional boxing coach who trains his off-screen fighter son.

The couple, who are based in south London, are sometimes joined on the show by Mica’s two daughters Sachelle and Shuggy but her two sons don’t appear on their famous sofa.

However, Marcus has been seen training Mica’s son Shiloh Defreitas at his TM Boxing Gym in south London.

The TV star posted a proud snap in the ring with Shiloh during a training session, captioned: “This is for those who DM me asking me what I do in my day-to-day life.

“I train fighters! This is my son @sugarshy_watch out for this kid. Soon you'll see him everywhere, trust me on that…”

Marcus is the head coach at TM Boxing Gym which trains sporting stars and young people and has garnered 4,973 followers on Instagram.

He has also shared a clip training his girlfriend Mica in the gym with the couple seen sparring during a training session, captioned: "Training up my #homegirl @realmandyvee for war if need be!!!! No just playing. No war, just love people.”

Proud mum Mica re-posted the picture to her 11,000 Instagram fans, captioned: “Awww look at My Son & My Boo after Working on the combinations that’s gonna buy me the 5 bed house with the en-suites on Endz. So I can get off their dam back. Love youuuu. Hurry up [sic].”

Shiloh won a gold medal for Team England at the Youth Commonwealth Games in the Bahamas in 2017 at the age of 18.

Meanwhile mum-of-four Mica is a natural hair specialist and runs her own business.
