Ingredients: 

For Chicken Wings

  • 2.5 lbs Chicken wing sections, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Granulated garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Calypso jerk rub seasoning or rub of choice
  • 1 Tsp. Fresh thyme leaves
  • Coarse Salt, to taste
  • Ground Peppercorns, to taste

For Mango Rum Dip

  • 12 Oz. Mango chutney
  • 2 Fl. Oz. Rum
  • 4 Fl. Oz. Chicken broth or water

The Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings can be paired with Chef Jacqueline Kleis’ Caribbean-inspired Wagyu burgers.
