Major supermarket is giving away free breakfasts for families over Easter – how to get it | The Sun

FAMILIES can get a free breakfast over Easter from a major supermarket.

The offer stands during the Easter holidays to support families who can't rely on school meals.

Morrisons is offering customers a free bowl of cereal between April 3 and 24.

The offer in partnership with Kellogg's, which will stand in all 397 UK Morrisons cafes, will be dished out to shoppers who ask for a "Kellogg's Breakfast".

You can then choose from the following options:

  • Cornflakes
  • Rice Krispies
  • Coco Pops

You'll also get to pick between dairy and non dairy milk.

The freebie is available before 11am during the allotted time period and you'll need to be quick – it's while stocks last.

But every member of your family can claim a free bowl.

Chris Strong, Morrisons Café buying manger, said: “We know that the school holidays can be a worrying time for families who need to cater for additional meals that would otherwise be covered at school, therefore we are pleased to be joining forces with Kellogg’s to offer our customers a free bowl of cereal when they visit a Morrisons café.”

Meanwhile, Morrisons isn't the only supermarket helping those on low income with free food.

Aldi has launched "The Adult’s Breakfast Club" which aims to help ensure no one goes without food first thing in the day.

It donates surplus food to food banks around the community.

The Aldi Adult’s Breakfast Club runs from today, with the supermarket chain donating ten tons of cereal and 5,000 gallons of milk and milk alternatives to food banks across the country.

Also, Asda still has its Kids Eat for £1 promotion over Easter – and there's no minimum charge.

If you visit Ikea, kids can get pasta with tomato sauce and a soft drink all for 95p before 11am.

Any other kids meal will also cost a maximum £1.50 during the same time frame.

And Dunelm is offering a free kids meal with every £4 you spend at Pausa cafe Monday-Friday if it's after 3pm.

To find your closest restaurant, always use the store locators available on websites.

There are also offers available at M&S cafes, Dobbies, Yo! Sushi, Travelodge and more, so make sure you look on the menus to see what's available.

Don't forget deals may be subject to locations, so keep an eye out for that before you go. You don't want to waste petrol and be disappointed.

And if you're a regular at Harvester, make sure you have the app downloaded for any freebies because you'll need to in order to claim them.
