The Python went through a heart health scare recently.
In September last year, Michael has an operation to fix a “leaky mitral valve”.
He was advised by doctors to have his mitral valve – the small flap in the heart that stops blood flowing the wrong way – to have it repaired.
Michael discussed the health scare on his blog.
He addressed how the event served as a reminder of his mortality.
Reflecting on his health scare, the star wrote on his blog: “My heart scare reminded me that my body isn’t indestructible and if I want to keep it that way I must know when to stop working as well as when to start again.”
