PrettyLittleThing customer left ‘horrified’ after brand new boots arrive ‘covered in dog poo’

It’s not been a good week for the online retailer, after the clothing giant had to launch an investigation into their warehouse when customers claimed to find fleas in their orders.

Yes you read that right, the company, which is worth just over one billion pounds, have made headlines this week when customers alleged to have found fleas in their deliveries. PrettyLittleThing, loved by stars such as Molly-Mae Hague, had a bad week as shoppers took to social media to report that there were bugs inside their orders with one person screaming as they filmed on TikTok.

PrettyLittleThing were quick to come forward and say they have found no evidence to support the claims being made by customers on TikTok, but just 48 hours later they have made headlines again for another grim discovery…

Keisha Morgan took to Facebook to claim her new purchase appeared to be covered in excrement, sharing images to back up her findings.

Keisha wrote: “I’m actually going to be sick !!

“Ordered some boots off PrettyLittleThing and tell me why THERE’S DOG S*** ON THE BOTTOM.

“Feel like I have to address that each boot came in a dust bag so there wouldn't be any s*** on the paper and its dried so it's not gunna be sloshing all ova box either ahah.

“I’d love to tell you I’m taking the p*** and I just spent 45 quid to cover them in s*** for a couple of Facebook likes but unfortunately not.”

Keisha’s post soon went viral, as other Facebook users were quick to share their disgust, and has received 4,000 likes and 6,000 shares.

Keisha spoke to Fabulous Digital, stating that she had offered to exchange the boots for a new pair, but PLT refused the return and offered her a full refund.
