She’s managed to rack up over 3million followers thanks to her witty sketches and 6.52cm face gape.

Her page even comes with a 'disclaimer' after people have questioned if her world record holding gob is real.

“No it’s not a filter… it’s just my face,” Sam explained in her TikTok bio.

In a recent video, Sam visited Texas and got stuck into some BBQ food.

She grinned with her mammoth-sized mouth before she picked up an equally gargantuan rib and began to demolish it.

But, still, many people couldn't quite believe the comedian’s mouth is real.

One person commented: “I keep forgetting it isn’t a filter.”

Another user added: “Omgggggg, to watch you eat is amazing.”

While a third gasped: “I thought it was a filter but it’s real as f***.”

Someone else questioned: “IT’S NOT A FILTER?!”

Meanwhile, a fifth said: “This can’t be real.”

And, a sixth declared: “Lol… I thought it was a filter at first.”

Previously, Sam exclusively told us she used to feel insecure about her mouth.

But it wasn't until she joined TikTok during the Covid pandemic she realised her biggest insecurity was also something that would help launch her career.

Now Sam is a full time content creator and comedian thanks to the platform her gob gave her.

"I get a lot of comments that I'm 'ugly' and 'disgusting', but I was born this way!" Sam declared.

"Of course, unfortunately, I think that's part of the territory being on social media. I've learned to love my mouth."

She concluded: "I think so many people try to change their appearance, or look like someone else, so I think it's a breath of fresh air when people just embrace their own unique qualities.

"I've had to let go of trying to please everyone, and hopefully I can inspire others to embrace their own insecurities or differences."
