Katie Price’s pink ‘monstrosity’ returned by ex Kris Boyson’s dad after a year

Former Page 3 legend Katie Price has had her car returned to her after Kris Boyson's dad had been left furious.

Katie, 42, left the car on Kris' dad's driveway for around a year – despite the pair splitting up last October.

Mum-of-five Katie, who has been declared bankrupt and has also been banned from driving, is believed to have been hesitant about collecting the vehicle as repairs are estimated to cost £5,000.

The car has since been returned to Katie at her Sussex home.

Her famous hot pink "Barbie" Suzuki has a collapsed roof, as well as needing new wheel arches, tyres and an interior renovation.

Speaking to The Sun, a source claims that Kris' dad lashed out after Katie abandoned the vehicle.

"Kris' dad — who has been looking after it — told her, 'What's going on?

"Are you going to sort it or what?' It's just been lying there for a year gathering dust," a mole revealed.

The source went on to say: "He got so fed up he told her, 'Sort it yourself'."

It's reported that he hit out at Kris, 31, saying: "We need to get rid of this monstrosity."

Katie has recently been released from hospital following surgery on her broken feet.

Doctor's have reportedly told Katie that she will be unable to move for two weeks as she recovers.

"She will have to keep her legs elevated to give her the best chance of recovery – and that means no sex or moving around.

"Carl will basically be her full-time carer – the only time she's allowed to move is to go to the toilet," an insider told The Sun.

The businesswoman faces being unable to walk until 2021 after breaking both ankles and feet during a freak accident in Turkey earlier this year.

Earlier this year, Katie slashed the price of her pink Range Rover by £10,000 in a bid to flog it.

She had vomited in it before being arrested for drink driving and was subsequently banned for two years.

Daily Star Online has approached a spokesperson for Katie Price.
