The post comes as show bosses announce the launch date of the upcoming series.
The show's statement disclosed that Love Island will make its grand return to Mallorca on Monday, June 5 at 9 pm.
Maya, who took over hosting duties from Laura Whitmore last season, will once again preside over all the exhilarating Villa action, ensuring viewers are captivated by the unfolding drama.
Joining Maya in this season is the ever-entertaining comedian and narrator, Iain Stirling, who will be back to lend his unique voiceover talent to each and every episode of this highly anticipated series.
Love Island: Aftersun will also be making a comeback, with the vivacious Maya, 28, hosting live from London every Sunday evening.
The official Love Island podcast, Love Island: The Morning After, presented by the dynamic duo of Sam Thompson and Indiyah Polak will also make a return.
The Love Island team is leaving no stone unturned when it comes to ensuring the well-being of the participants.
They are continuing with their temporary ban on social media activity for the stars of the show.
This measure aims to shield them and their families from the negative aspects of online platforms, reducing the potential for trolling.
Former star Amy Hart offered her thoughts on this ban, after having her own social media run by a friend during her time in the villa.
Amy said: “I didn't really take into account when I went into the villa that although my best friend was really excited to run my social media account, it was me that signed up to do the show, not my family and not my friends.
“But it was them that had to read the death threats and it was them that had to read the horrible messages.
“Whereas when I came out, I came out to a great reaction because of the way that I left, and they were the ones who had a hard time when I was in there.”
Finalist Tasha Ghouri added: “I think this is great and needs to be done. I believe it's 100% the right step in the right direction, I could see there was a lot less trolling and negativity.”
