The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle has revealed she has a very intriguing diet that helps her stay feeling good.
The wife of Prince Harry is a well-known foodie, having regularly shared her tasty looking plates online.
She often posted food recipes and Insta pics to her old lifestyle blog, The Tig, and even launched a community cookbook, according to OK!.
Research conducted by BarBend found that of all the publicly known royal diets, Meghan's was the second most popular, beaten only by her sister-in-law Kate Middleton to the top spot.
In fact, her appreciation of fish tacos and avocados is thought to be the cause of around 13,000 online searches per year.

The Duchess has revealed she doesn't eat gluten-based or meat dishes in the week, and instead prefers to stick to a vegan diet on weekdays.

Being one of the most famous people on the planet obviously puts some limitations on your free time. Add two kids into the mix and you'd be forgiven for not giving the first meal of the day all the love it deserves.
But according to Finding Freedom writers Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand, this isn't the case for Meghan, who apparently manages to down hot water and lemon and some steel-cut oats with algarve syrup and bananas before she gets her wheels spinning for the day.
She has also revealed that if she needed a pick-me-up while on set for Suits, she would keep a green juice close by to help get her through any energy slumps.
Speaking to Today she said: “I always find that sipping on that is a much better boost than a cup of espresso.”

The former actor apparently tries to keep to particular food groups during the week to keep herself feeling good. Speaking in 2015 with Best Health, she said: “I try to eat vegan during the week and then have a little bit more flexibility with what I dig into on the weekends.”
She apparently found a meat-free gluten-free diet was the best way to go for boosting energy – something that must have been vital when spending so many hours in front of the camera. She also said it helps keep her skin clear.
OK! reports that seasoned vegetable quinoa was her dish of choice on set.
The magazine also reports that, on a day away from the vegan lifestyle, she is partial to the odd fish taco – one of her favourite foods. Speaking to Today, she said: "Being from Los Angeles, I was conditioned to like Baja-style food from the womb.”

Fans were sent into shock back when the adorable couple first got engaged, where they revealed that the proposal had taken place while they cooked a homely meal together. When Harry popped the big question, the pair had been "trying to roast a chicken".
Speaking to Good Housekeeping back in 2016, Markle said: “There is nothing as delicious (or as impressive) as a perfectly roasted chicken.
“If you have an Ina Garten–level roasted-chicken recipe, it's a game changer. I bring that to dinner parties and make a lot of friends.”
