Rebel Wilson astounds fans with easy exercise that helped her drop 5st in weight

Rebel Wilson has revealed one of her top tips that helped her to shift 77 pounds during her Year Of Health in 2020.

The 41-year-old, who is still on a weight loss journey and has now dropped five stone, has been the talk of the town since sharing new images this year, showing her jaw-dropping transformation so far.

In a recent interview with Apple Fitness+, the Pitch Perfect star spilled details about her secret weapon for shedding the pounds effectively.

According to the comedian, a doctor had told Rebel to take up walking, with the medic explaining it would be the "best way" for her to trim down.

Rebel told the publication: "The doctor said to me, 'Rebel, the best way for you to lose unwanted body fat is just simply walking.

"Doesn't have to be high-intensity, doesn't have to be uphill, just moderate walking an hour a day. And if you can do that, for you, for your body type, it's, like, the best way to lose unwanted body fat."

Back in 2020, Rebel caused a media storm as she stepped out vowing to make 2020 her Year Of Health.

At the weekend the Australian native almost caused Instagram to crash after the star blew fans away with her incredible transformation.

Leaning towards the camera she showed off a flash of cleavage and toned arms while wearing her striking gym attire.

Rebel captioned: "Rebel rising" as she posed in front of the lens with her platinum locks pulled-up high into a ponytail.

Fans flocked to the mesmerising post, hailing Rebel as "inspirational" and "beautiful".

One fan beamed: "My inspiration! I lost 50lbs in 2021 and hope to lose 50 more this year!"

Another begged: "You look beautiful – please share what you've done to get to this point."
