Salma Hayek turned up the heat with a picture of her in just a bikini, while enjoying the sun on a tropical holiday.

The Hollywood actress, 55, uploaded a picture to her Instagram account, in which she had donned a black bikini which boosted her ample cleavage.

Salma paired her swimsuit with a black fedora-style hat, a large pair of sunglasses and a black and cream striped shawl, which she had casually draped over her shoulders.

She pouted for the camera while leaning against a balcony railing, framing a stunning tropical view of the ocean, lush green terrain and a palm tree.

It comes a few month after the beauty showed off how unbelievably youthful she looks while on a fabulous yacht trip with her husband.

She posed while dancing on a table while her foxy husband, Francois-Henri Pinault, looked on fondly.

Salma's vacation will be a much-needed break after filming Without Blood in Rome over the summer.

The film, an adaption of the novella of the same name, was directed by Angelina Jolie, who Salma gushed over as "the best".

She said: "She is probably the best director I have ever worked with, and I have worked with some pretty good ones.
