Sarah Harding has given her fans an update on her health after she revealed her cancer battle, saying "things are tough".
The Girls Aloud star took to Instagram to share an old photo from her childhood as she announced she had a book coming out soon.
In the caption, Sarah wrote: "Thank you so much for all the messages of love and support that I’ve received since my last post.
"Everyone has been so kind and reading your comments and DMs has been such a huge source of strength to me.
"I can’t deny that things are tough right now but I’m fighting as hard as I possibly can and being as brave as I know how."
She continued: "In September the lovely people at Ebury Publishing asked me if I would be interested in writing a book about my life story.
"It came at such a good time for me as it’s given me something fun and positive to focus on while I’ve been stuck at home in between trips to the hospital for treatment.
"I’ve nearly finished it now and this week Mum and I have been looking though old photos choosing which ones to include.
"It’ll be out after Christmas and I’m really proud of it. I hope you’ll like it."
Sarah shared a look at the cover of the book, with the former Popstars: The Rivals champ smiling wide.
She wore a light denim shirt and some delicate gold jewellery, while her golden locks were toussled around her face.
The book cover revealed it would be called "Hear Me Out: My story, my words, my life".
The former Celebrity Big Brother star continued: "Sending lots of love to everyone – I hope you’re all keeping well."
Her 234,000 followers filled her comments with love, with one writing: "Keep fighting, thinking of you."
Another said: "I am so proud of you!"
And a third added: "Can't wait to read it beautiful girl."
Back in August, the 39-year-old revealed she had been diagnosed with breast cancer earlier this year and the disease had spread to other parts of her body.
She explained she was going through chemotherapy sessions and was "fighting as hard as [she] possible can".
In October, it was reported that Sarah was "holding up well" after moving in with her mum while she battled the horrible disease.
