Tulisa Contostavlos has been told to pay £70,000 after her former landlord told courts she 'trashed' his luxury £1 million flat.
The Young songstress was sued after property owner Andrew Charalambous claim she left the penthouse in the 'an appalling unlettable condition'.
The claim is categorically denied by the former X Factor judge.
Speaking at Central London County Court, Mr Charalambous' barrister claimed: "Miss Contostavlos, who is a pop star, had a lot of parties there".
He continued: "It is absolutely clear from the nature of some of the items which are admitted, such as the stains and cigarette burns on the carpets, the sink in the bathroom being smashed and the cigarette burns on the bath , that she did not look after this property as she should have done."
In response, lawyers for Miss Contostavlos said the N-Dubz star said: "It is alleged that my client left this property in a bit of a mess, but she says she did not.
"Her defence is that she denies that any damage was caused by her or that any damage is over and above normal wear and tear."
The judge ruled Tulisa must pay £70,000 plus legal costs to Mr Charalambous after striking out her defence due on the grounds she failed to comply with previous court orders.
A statement from Tulisa's rep released to Daily Star Online read: "Tulisa categorically denies these claims made about her and the damage to the property.
"Due to a paperwork error, Tulisa has not yet had the opportunity to put her evidence before the court which she was hoping to do at trial.
"This latest judgment effectively prevents Tulisa from giving her side of the story.
"Tulisa’s legal team are now appealing this decision and asking for a new date to be set."
The three bedroom penthouse apartment is understood to have cost Tulisa £3,466 per month in rent.
On Tuesday night Tulisa was seen at the 2019 Spectacle Wearer of the Year Awards.
Looking every inch a star, Tulisa slipped into a plunging purple suit. As well as rocking a sexy pair of glasses, the starlet completed her look with striking platinum locks.
