And today was no exception for Autumn Phillips, 41,  as she stunned in a baby blue trouser suite as she joined the royal family on the last day of Ascot.

The wife of the Queen’s eldest grandson Peter Philips, dazzled in the power suit which she paired with a matching fascinator and floral hairpiece.

It comes after her aunt-in-law Sophie, Countess of Wessex, sported a navy trouser suit to Ascot yesterday.

Joining her husband, also 41, the Canadian born mother-of-two looked at ease as she sported one of summer’s hottest trends at the final day of the royal racing event.

Later, she presented a trophy to owner Sheikh Mohammed Obaid Al Maktoum after Defoe wins the Hardwicke Stakes

Horse-racing is in the royal family, with Autumn’s sister-in-law Zara Tindall, and her mother-in-law, Princess Anne, both competing in equestrian events at the Olympics

And not just the British Royals either. On Tuesday, Her Majesty was joined by Queen Maxima and King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands.

The Ascot summer race meeting officially became a Royal week in 1911.   

The Queen’s horses at Ascot include Elector and Seniority, who ran on Wednesday.

The Queen’s Eightsome Reel ran the day after and Magnetic Charm, a three-year-old bay filly, came second at the Sandringham Stakes on Friday. 

Her bay gelding, Sextant, also ran yesterday.
