Just like other families up and down the county, the Cambridges made the most of the sunny Bank Holiday weekend with a fun family day out.
The Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George and Princess Charlotte looked relaxed as they spent the day at Houghton Horse Trials in Norfolk.
The laid-back family outing couldn’t be more different to last weekend, when they took centre stage at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding.
Princess Charlotte looked adorable in a red summer dress with pink trainers and seemed to be enjoying a tasty ice cream cone.
Mum Kate, dressed in a pretty blue £39.99 dress from high street favourite Zara, was spotted bending down to help the children with something.
Prince George also had the chance to have a look inside a fire truck during their day out.
The young prince is known for his love of emergency vehicles, and last Christmas the only item on his list to Santa was a police car.
It doesn’t look like Prince William and baby Louis joined the rest of the family for the summer day out.
The family are regulars at the annual event, which is held in the grounds of Houghton Hall.
At the 2016 event the family were seen enjoying a family picnic and Kate was photographed wiping George’s face in an adorable ‘normal family’ moment.
The Cambridges have a family home in Norfolk where they lived when Prince William was working as a pilot for the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
Princess Charlotte, who turned three last month, stole the show at her Uncle Harry’s wedding last weekend with her confident royal wave on the steps of Windsor Castle’s St George’s Chapel.
Her big brother on the other hand seemed rather shy, holding his dad’s hand and hiding behind his leg.
