A bloke has enraged drivers battling rush hour traffic in Hull, by lying down in the middle of the road to drink from a can of beer.
The bizarre incident, which took place on the A63 eastbound near Mytongate roundabout, was captured on dashcam on Friday evening.
It shows a man ambling out onto the road and lying down on his back in front of a white car.
He then pulls out a can and casually starts drinking it.
The driver who captured the scene said he believed the man came from a nearby homeless shelter and was on drugs.

He told HullLive: “It is just a spice head trying to show off.
"He came out from the building on the left which as I am aware is the homeless shelter.
“In the video, you can even see that he takes out a beer.”
Despite drivers getting out of their vehicles and trying to move the man on, he refuses to budge forcing the driver of the white car to call the police.

Instead, he sits upright to take a swig from his can and shout at the queuing cars.

After almost two minutes of lying in the middle of the A63, he is finally helped up to his feet and ushered to the side of the road allowing traffic to move on.
