Prince Louis’ heart-warming £8K gift from Uncle Harry is touching Diana tribute
Prince Harry once bought his nephew Prince Louis an £8,000 christening gift which had a “big impact on him” growing up.
In 2018, the-then newlywed snapped up a first edition Winnie The Pooh for his nephew on his baptism day.
The move was widely seen as a tribute to his mum as she often read to Harry when he was a boy, which he wanted to help William do for Louis – presumably before the brothers fell out.

The Duke of Sussex reportedly bought the £8,000 1926 AA Milne book — of which 30,000 were printed in the first run — from Peter Harrington in London.
At the time, a source claiming to be a friend of the Prince said: “One of Harry’s happiest childhood memories was being read a bedtime story by his mother.
“She loved all the old classics and Harry had the brilliant idea of starting a little library of first editions for Louis, Charlotte and George to enjoy as they get older.
“He originally wanted to get Lewis Carroll’s Through the Looking Glass, which was on sale for £24,000, but decided Winnie The Pooh would be more suitable for a first tome.
“Robinson Crusoe was William’s favourite book, but Harry loved all things A.A Milne.”
Prince Harry and his brother have spent the five years since that event trading very public blows against each other, with the former sharing many details of the apparent war between them in his tell-all book Spare.

Last month, during an interview with ITV News at Ten presenter Tom Bradby that he claimed that he “just want my father and brother back.”
He said: “It never needed to be this way, the leaking and the planting, I want a family – not an institution.”
“They feel that it’s somehow better to keep us as the villains. They’ve shown no willingness to reconcile.
“I would like to get my father back. I would like to have my brother back”
