Russian media calls for ‘final solution’ in Ukraine days after Putin’s ‘butchers of Bucha’ plotted massacre of civilians
RUSSIAN media have released a chilling manifesto for ethnic cleansing, repression and genocide in Ukraine.
The terrifying announcement, that Russians dubbed the "final solution", comes just days after it emerged Putin's "butchers of Bucha" plotted the brutal massacre of innocent civilians.
The horrifying blueprint aims to get rid of "the Ukrainian issue" and effectively wipe the country from the map.
Authored by controversial pro-Kremlin commentator Timofey Sergeytsev, it was published by major Russian state outlet RIA Novosti.
After being released by the Kremlin sounding board, it suggests the extremist treatise has the approval of senior figures in Vladimir Putin’s circle.
Russian-born Sergeytsev earlier worked with pro-Moscow leaders in Ukraine, including toppled president Viktor Yanukovych.
Sergeytsev's list of demands begins: "War criminals and active Nazis should be exemplarily and exponentially punished.
"There must be a total illustration. Any organisations that have associated themselves with the practice of Nazism [must be] liquidated and banned.
“However, in addition to the top, a significant part of the masses, which are passive Nazis, accomplices of Nazism, are also guilty.
"They supported and indulged Nazi power. The Bandera elite must be eliminated, its re-education is impossible."

Accomplices to the Ukrainian resistance "must survive the hardships of the war and assimilate the experience as a historical lesson and atonement for its guilt."
They would undergo "forced labor to restore the destroyed infrastructure as punishment for Nazi activities – those who will not will be subject to the death penalty or imprisonment."
The shocking article claims Russia is engaged in a "just war against the Nazi system, waged as carefully and prudently as possible in relation to civilians."
But despite the repeated denial of war crimes and genocide from those on Putin's team, it was revealed his henchmen on the ground intently planned the murder of innocents.
German intelligence claims to have intercepted radio messages of troops boasting about killing civilians in Bucha.
The German Federal Intelligence Service (BND) claimed the conversations corresponded with known deaths.
The dreaded Wagner Group of mercenaries are believed to have been behind the "utterly inhuman" conduct when occupying the city.
Officials said the killings were normalised amongst squadrons and were orchestrated as part of a deliberate strategy from the Kremlin in a bid to sow fear and terror amongst Ukrainians.
'BUTCHERS OF BUCHA'
Harrowing pictures from Bucha showed the bodies of civilians scattered in the road and in shallow graves.
Many were found with their hands bound, signs of torture, and wounds suggesting they had been shot from close range.
Women and children have also been found by Ukrainian soldiers, having been raped and then murdered.
Ukrainian officials have said at least 410 bodies have been recovered from the area, with many more feared.
But even after retreating from the city with blood on their hands, the barbaric "butchers of Bucha" were sent straight back into the warzone.
U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken has warned the world that the evil seen in the city was "not the random act of a rogue unit."
He instead declared it was "a deliberate campaign to kill, to torture, to rape, to commit atrocities" under the orders of Russia's elite.
Although the Kremlin has denied these claims and insists it is a smear campaign orchestrated by the West, the new manifesto published shows the sickening prerogative of Russian forces.
RUSSIA WANT UKRAINE WIPED OFF THE MAP
Calling for Russia to take total control of Ukraine, except possibly for a "Catholic province" in the West, it demands "ideological repression of Nazi attitudes and strict censorship”.
The country should be under the control of a Russian "department for the denazification of Ukraine", and it would conduct a version of the Nuremberg Trials.
Sergeytsev envisaged "mass investigative actions to establish personal responsibility for war crimes, crimes against humanity, the spread of Nazi ideology and support for the Nazi regime."
The manifesto said that "denazification can only be carried out by the winner" – namely Russia – which must have "absolute control".
Ukraine "cannot be sovereign" as it undergoes "denazification", adding the process "can in no way be less than one generation".
The rant goes on: “UkroNazism carries not less, but a greater threat, to the world and Russia than German Nazism of the Hitlerite version.”
He demands Ukraine be stripped of its name as well as its existence as an independent state.
Sergeytsev wants "people’s republics” similar to the type already put in place by Putin in eastern Ukraine under Russia’s "direct military and organisational support".
This "denazification" will "inevitably also be a de-Ukrainisation – a rejection of the large-scale artificial inflation of the ethnic component of self-identification of the population".
He says Ukraine was “an artificial anti-Russian construction that does not have its own civilisational content – a subordinate element of an alien civilisation".
