Rishi Sunak announced an extension to the Job Support Scheme last week, which means that any businesses forced to close will get financial help.
It has been confirmed that Manchester – previously pegged to be a Tier Three region – will be placed into the second tier, meaning pubs and bars get to remain open, but other restrictions will be in place.
Will gyms close again?
Yes, unfortunately gyms will close again.
BBC News's Jessica Parker tweeted that she "heard" Merseyside MPs were told by Matt Hancock that gyms would close.
Will casinos close in Tier 3 lockdown areas?

Casinos were also included in the 10pm curfew rule.
