Laker Russell Westbrook is sure to increase.The nine-time NBA All-Star just put his 13,500 square-foot Brentwood Park mansion on the market for $29.995 million. Westbrook purchased the 2018-built property for $19.75 million, an amount miles away from today\u2019s asking price. Although the listing only provides one photo of the property\u2019s interior, hardwood flooring can be seen flowing from a corridor into a luxurious contemporary living area marked by white walls, white shelving, white couches, and a black-and-white marble fireplace, all crowned by a beamed ceiling with recessed lighting, according to <\/span><i><span>Architectural Digest.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span>As<\/span> <i><span>Los Angeles Times<\/span><\/i> <span>reported<\/span><i><span>, <\/span><\/i><span>Found a few streets away from one of LeBron James\u2019 multiple mansions, Westbrook\u2019s estate spans half an acre in Brentwood Park, an affluent enclave where celebrities such as Judd Apatow and Al Michaels have owned homes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The custom residence covers more than 13,000 square feet with six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and common spaces marked by wood, marble and glass. Beamed ceilings and built-ins touch up the living room, and amenities include a chilled wine room, wet bar and movie theater.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A deck and balcony hang off the second story, overlooking a grassy backyard with a swimming pool, spa and playground. Fitting for an NBA player, the patio includes a basketball hoop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A native of Long Beach, Westbrook played for Leuzinger High School before a standout college career at UCLA, where he led the Bruins to two Final Four appearances. The 33-year-old was drafted by the Thunder, where he was named NBA MVP in 2017, and spent stints with the Rockets and Wizards before joining the Lakers in 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>On the home\u2019s lower level sits a second family room and a guest bedroom, along with specialty features like a large formal bar, a chilled walk-in wine room, a gym, and movie theater. The primary suite is described as \u201cfive star\u201d with a unique spa-like bathroom, two separate walk-in closets \u201cthat rival any luxury department store\u201d and a patio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>It\u2019s not the only L.A. home he\u2019s owned.
