Her two other children were placed with a city agency.<\/p>\n<p>Floriano researched the internet because she was looking for the &#8216;easier way&#8217; to cut her daughter Alany Silva into pieces, according to the Civil Police.<\/p>\n<p>She revealed that she killed her daughter for declining to accept the end of a relationship with her ex-boyfriend, who loved Silva as if she was his own child.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/30\/21\/74891217-12462373-image-a-8_1693428662205.jpg\" height=\"357\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Ruth Floriano (right) was arrested Saturday in S\u00e3o Paulo, Brazil, after police found the dismembered body of her nine-year-old daughter Alany Silva (left) in a refrigerator at the family&#8217;s new home<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/30\/21\/74892695-12462373-image-a-14_1693429073411.jpg\" height=\"538\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Ruth Floriano kept the remains of her daughter Alany Silva inside the refrigerator. The mother of the 30-year-old&#8217;s boyfriend visited the home Saturday and discovered the nine-year-old girl&#8217;s body inside<\/p>\n<p>Floriano was questioned on the scene by Military Police agents and told them she had met a man on a dating app and invited him to her home in the east side of S\u00e3o Paulo about &#8216;approximately a month ago.&#8217; She said that they took drugs and slept together. She claimed that Silva was already dead when she woke up and denied she had killed her.<\/p>\n<p>While she did not say who murdered Silva, she did acknowledge to placing the body parts in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n<p>Once at the police station, Floriano said that she consumed drugs and made the decision to kill her daughter between August 8 and 9. She said that she stabbed Silva while she was brushing her teeth and stuffed the remains in the refrigerator and then disposed of them in a nearby sewer.<\/p>\n<p>Police said that Floriano stabbed Silva in the chest and admitted to cooking a part of it.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities are looking into whether the Silva was killed before August 6 \u2013 her birthdate.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/30\/21\/74892689-12462373-image-m-16_1693429151601.jpg\" height=\"601\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Ruth Floriano was charged with the murder of her nine-year-old daughter. Her two other children are under the care of a city agency<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/08\/30\/22\/74892849-12462373-image-a-17_1693429259062.jpg\" height=\"427\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Ruth Floriano is escorted to a police precinct in the east side of S\u00e3o Paulo, following her arrest Saturday<\/p>\n<p>Floriano and her children moved to a new home in the west side of S\u00e3o Paulo on August 15 and had the refrigerator wrapped with a sheet and ribbons, according to a mover who spoke to the police.<\/p>\n<p>She left the home between last Friday and Saturday morning when her boyfriend&#8217;s mother visited the home and said she was going find her former husband, with whom Silva had been staying.<\/p>\n<p>For reasons unknown, the woman believed that Floriano had kept drugs or a weapon in the refrigerator and unearthed Silva&#8217;s dismembered body.<\/p>\n<p>Silva was Floriano&#8217;s daughter from a prior relationship with a man who lives in the interior region of S\u00e3o Paulo. She lived with her dad and his family for an unknown period before she rejoined her mother.<\/p>\n<p>Floriano&#8217;s ex-boyfriend, who she stabbed about three months ago, also cared for Alany, according to her sister, Aline Floriano.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;He had a love for Alany, it was something inexplicable, you saw pictures of them together and thought they were father and daughter, there&#8217;s no way,&#8217; Aline Floriano told Brazilian news outlet Band.\u00a0&#8216;She said it was, from what I hear, it was to hit hurt and she did.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>She said that Silva frequently stayed at her home and always told her that she preferred to live with her and her children because her mother would hit her.
