The former Strictly Come Dancing star, 40, recently jetted off to France with family and friends and has fans with a selection of snaps from her sun-soaked holiday. <\/p>\n
Splashing about in the black one piece, Helen was all smiles as she showed off her sensational figure while taking a dip in the sea.<\/p>\n

The Countryfile presenter also gave fans a glimpse of her three children, Ernie, eight, Louis, five, and 16-month-old Elsie, who she shares with ex-husband Richie Myler.<\/p>\n

Alongside the post, Helen wrote: "Beach with babes #summer #summertime #schoolholidays #southoffrance."<\/p>\n
Fans immediately swarmed the post with sweet messages, with several noting how happy Helen looks following a difficult year.<\/p>\n
"Nice to see you happy," penned one person as another shared: "Lovely family photo's, it looks a beautiful place. You and your children look so very happy, and making lots more memories to treasure."<\/p>\n

It comes after Helen divorced her rugby player husband 16 months after their split.<\/p>\n
Richie, 33, has since welcomed a baby girl with girlfriend Stephanie Thirkill, 32, the daughter of Leeds Rhinos president Andrew Thirkill.<\/p>\n

Richie's rugby coach Rohan Smith confirmed the news, saying: "Richie has spent a bunch of time in hospital with the birth of his new little baby, so we've given him a little time off to settle in at home."<\/p>\n
Helen announced her split from Richie in April 2022.<\/p>\n
According to Daily Mail, the exes are now awaiting the granting of a decree absolute which will legally cement the end of their marriage.<\/p>\n
