<\/p>\nA BODY-POSITIVE influencer has revealed she loves every inch of her body – from stretch marks to fat – and hopes to empower other women to do the same.<\/p>\n
Poppy Adams, who lives in Edinburgh, regularly shares her\u00a0plus-sized shopping hauls\u00a0and styling tips on Instagram\u00a0(@poppyadams).<\/p>\n

She aims to inspire her 142,000 followers to "love and accept their bodies".<\/p>\n
And she's hit out at the constant conditioning women face to hate so-called imperfections. <\/p>\n
In a recent Instagram post, she said: "There is beauty in every single body. <\/p>\n
"Chances are you just find it hard to see it in your own.<\/p>\n
"There\u2019s beauty in (not in spite of); fat, flabby bits, marks, scars, spots, psoriasis, double chins, redness, bruises etc.<\/p>\n
"It\u2019s just that we\u2019ve been conditioned to hate them.<\/p>\n
"Speak to your body as if it\u2019s someone you love, kindness is key baby."<\/p>\n
Poppy posted bare-faced pictures in a pair of satin short pyjamas to show her psoriasis scars on her legs.<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n She also gave her followers a beaming smile as she posed in a bright pink Topshop bikini, sharing snaps from multiple angles.<\/p>\n She added: "Always working on accepting and appreciating all of me from every angle\u00a0<\/p>\n "Please look at yourself in the mirror today and tell yourself you\u2019re beautiful."<\/p>\n<\/p>\n And her army of social media fans have applauded her raw and honest posts.<\/p>\n One gushed: "You're one amazing beautiful lady, love your confidence."<\/p>\n A second admitted: "Sat here at almost 25 thinking 'when I grow up I want to love my body like Poppy loves hers'."<\/p>\n Meanwhile, a third wrote: "You are a gorgeous human being, inside and outside! <\/p>\n "I need to tell myself this more often as welk but somehow it is always harder than telling someone else."<\/p>\n We told earlier how Poppy, originally from Essex, demanded "justice for bingo wings" as she urged others not to hide their bodies in the sunshine.<\/p>\n She added: "Get your arms out.
