She turned to Home Goods and revealed her go-to items.<\/p>\n

After sharing the things she would steer clear of at Home Goods, interior decorator Julie Sousa (@the_avantgarde) said there are seven items you should actually buy.<\/p>\n
Number one on her list of must-haves was plain white sheets.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis is literally the place to find them on a budget,\u201d she said in the clip.<\/p>\n
\u201cCalvin Klein and Ralph Lauren are always the best ones.\u201d<\/p>\n
Moving onto the bathroom section, she said certain bathmats will work better than others.<\/p>\n
\u201cI need to find one that\u2019s flat.\u201d<\/p>\n
She pointed at a thick, layered mat and said to skip it, opting for a thinner, simple one instead.<\/p>\n
\u201cI also love towels on a budget.<\/p>\n
<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI tend to prefer something a little more classic like this,\u201d she said, pointing to one with a simple design.<\/p>\n \u201cI just feel like it gives hotel vibes.\u201d<\/p>\n The interiors guru said you can also elevate your space with Home Goods vases.<\/p>\n \u201cJust look at these that I put together, so cute.\u201d<\/p>\n Sticking with d\u00e9cor items, she said you \u201ccan\u2019t go wrong with baskets here.\u201d<\/p>\n As for your kitchen needs, you might stumble upon something great.<\/p>\n \u201cSometimes you get lucky and you find all-clad, chef-grade pots and pans.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd if you know, you know, these are the best.\u201d<\/p>\n Rounding out her list, she said you will occasionally find large, chic lamps for a good price.<\/p>\n Viewers were appreciative of the advice.<\/p>\n \u201cI love these helpful tips.
